Product Description: Liquid from colorless to milky, possible presence of residue.

Field of Application: Creates a clear, clean film on the glass bottle surface, providing excellent sliding and adhesion.Recommended for most types of glassware.

Universal cold end coating, can be used in a wide range of temperature from 700 to 110°C and in water of high hardness.

Dilution ratio is from 1-100 to 1-300, depending on water quality, range of slip angle is between 4-12.

Recommended dilution ratio: one part of Gelltex-500 and 150 parts of water.

Gelltex-500 is applied to cover all types of glassware (for labelling any adhesive can be used).

Advantages: Excellent appearance, low angle of slip; cold-resistant; composition fully keeps its properties during thawing; operates in hard water (but the best performance can be obtained by using demineralized water); simplicity and ease of use; low price and operating costs; during further processing (dyeing, tinting, etching) the coating can be washed off.
